Starting September 4 at 6pm, Kids Church starts up for the school year. All PreK (4yr olds) - 4th grade are invited to attend. Cassie Lipscomb will lead the MSM (middle school ministry) 5th-8th grade in the loft during this time. and the nursery will be available for kids 3yr and under. Our team is excited to see all the kiddos! The focus of Kids Church is our large & small group environment. We start out in the gym with worship and Bible lesson and then move into small groups. We want kids to see how God's Word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to him, and to build friendships that will last. That's why it's important to make sure your child connects with the same friends and same leader at the same hour—EVERY WEDNESDAY! Parents, we have a Bible study for you during this time!
School is back in session - check! Excited for Kids Church to start - check! We are only a couple of weeks away until our first Kids Church of the school year. See you September 4!
Plan to join us August 21 as our very own Sunday morning worship band leads worship for Arts in the Park. Come to Fox Park at 6pm for the pre-concert featuring other local Christian artists, and then worship with us as the band begins leading at 7pm. Let's support our church and join in worship with our brothers and sisters in Christ from all around La Porte! Please note, we will not have prayer night and we hope to see you at Fox Park!

Mason has enjoyed Michiana Christian Camp as a camper and as a camp leader! We are proud of you Mason. Parents, we have two groups of kids attending summer camps this summer at Michiana Christian Camp. If you are interested call the church office for more information. There is still time to register!

The laundry soap was a huge hit last year we decided to bring it back! Our youth group, Team JC, is selling 5 gallon buckets of laundry detergent, fabric softeners, dishwasher pods, dish soap, degreaser, and rinse aid. Each bucket costs $35, other than the dishwasher and laundry pods which are $40. Team JC will be selling until June 30th and money is going to be collected when the order is placed. Pickup will be on July 15th at Agape Christian Church, the time is still TBD. $10 of each bucket sold, will benefit our group. They are raising money for a mission trip to Skid Row in California to help the homeless. Let us know by contacting Cassie Lipscomb or calling the church office if you are interested in getting one.
